Hand delivery in Barcelona.

Shipping the painting on its stretcher. Optionally: mounted in a frame, with an additional cost.

Shipping the painting rolled in a tube to reduce shipping costs. You will then need to have the canvas re-stretched on a new stretcher by a local framer.

Posters
Shipping costs for Harmonic Posters are free for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Mainland Spain, and Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica).
For other countries: contact me for a quote.
Harmonic and Connect Paintings
For other paintings, shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for posters and paintings are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing.
They vary depending on the dimensions of the painting and the country to which it is being sent. Contact me for a personalized quote, specifying:

The name of the painting you wish to purchase,

The shipping option you prefer: on stretcher, framed, or rolled in a tube,

he country, city name, and postal code (all three are essential for the quote) where you want the painting to be sent.
Delivery delay
Under normal circumstances, delivery time within the European Union is 7 to 10 working days for available paintings and posters.
For Connect paintings, the lead time is 3 weeks to 1 month.
For custom-made pictures, lead times depend on the various criteria agreed with the customer.
Delivery times outside the European Union vary according to country and type of carrier.
Unfortunately, during holiday periods or strikes, delivery times may be extended beyond my control.
Returns

Harmonic paintings and Harmonic posters ©
All Harmonic paintings and posters can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please contact me to inform me of your wish to return the item and I will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
I will reimburse you for the item (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your return, provided that the following conditions are met:

The returned product must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all the documents (accompanying card, certificate of authenticity, etc.) included in the original delivery. Any item damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted for return. Missing documents will delay reimbursement until they are received.

Shipment must be made using the same type of packaging sent.
NB: The return of a product is not compatible with other ongoing promotions, i.e. a product cannot be taken back or exchanged for a new purchase with a promotion.
Customized Paintings
Due to their personalized nature, Connect © and custom-made paintings cannot be returned or reimbursed.
Did the item arrive in poor condition?

Send me a photo of the packaging and the damaged product as soon as you receive the parcel and I will send the courier company to collect the item at my expense.

If the product purchased is a poster, I will send you a new print at no cost to you.
