It offers technical and consultancy services to facilitate and exchange information on cultural products and establish communication between users, under the terms set out in these Terms of Use.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms of Use
Access to and use of Natacha BH's services imply the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Natacha BH also reserves the unilateral right to modify these terms of use and access to the service to facilitate and exchange information on products and/or online stores and establish communication between users. This consent applies to all users of the website, including sellers, end consumers, merchants, and content contributors. This website has been designed and created to provide access to the services offered by Natacha BH. The terms of use are subject to current legislation and the principles of good faith and lawful use by the user, prohibiting any actions that may harm Natacha BH or third parties.

2. TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

g. Natacha BH is also not responsible for the content of the web pages linked from our website, as they are not under the control of Natacha BH, nor is such third-party information approved by Natacha BH. 7. RETURNS
In accordance with the Retail Trade Law and as regulated by European legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 14 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, in their original packaging, with the original seal intact, with all accessories, and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted unless they are defective. The seller will refund the order amount once it has been verified that the goods meet the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must bear the shipping costs. To request this return, you must notify it by email to Natacha BH. If the defect is due to a transportation issue, you must notify it within 24 hours of receipt at the seller's email address.
This clause does not apply to custom-made products, such as “Connect© Paintings” or custom-made frames, which cannot be returned.

7.1. Warranties
After the first 7 days from delivery, during which the customer may return an order or request a replacement due to a defective product, all products additionally have a two-year warranty in accordance with the Law on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Law 23/2003 of July 10. This warranty must be managed directly with each seller through their phone number or at the seller's email address.

7.2. Returns and Promotional Offers
Returns of products purchased under promotional codes will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Legal rights will not be affected. The images displayed on Natacha BH are intentionally added for the user's interest and may not show an exact or accurate representation of the product.

8. DURATION OF THE SERVICE
Without prejudice to the interruptions or suspensions that may be necessary for technical reasons, or due to unilateral cancellation by the user or Natacha BH, the service will be provided indefinitely under the above conditions. Although the main objective of Natacha BH is to offer the best possible service, Natacha BH cannot guarantee that the service offered by third parties will meet the users' needs and requirements. If a serious issue arises, the user should contact Natacha BH's Customer Service Department by postal mail, telephone, or by sending an email to natachabh.contact@gmail.com.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any dispute arising from the provision of this service, Spanish law will be accepted as the governing law, and any litigation that may arise from it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
